I have a VPCEH1L0E/B and most of the power management functions are missing

http://img21.imageshack.us/img21/819/vaiou.jpg

Its version 4.5.0.03040

All default programs are still installed, and it's running Win7 x64. I've already tried restarting to factory setting and reinstalling Vaio control center with Vaio Care recovery. All my programs are up-to-date with Vaio update

I've also contacted Sony, but no help at all. They didn't answer my question at all.

    Hi SevenD2,

It is very odd that a factory restore didn’t resolve the problem.

Try reinstalling Sony Shared Library and then Sony Notebook Utilities.

Full instructions for the install are given on the download page for each of these utilities.

    Hi SevenD2,

Can you confirm that you have restored your machine to factory settings using either your recovery media or the HDD recovery partition by tapping F10 at boot?

    Hi SevenD2,

Sorry to appear pedantic but before escalating this to support can you confirm that you have chosen the option, under Vaio Care Recovery, to either restore the C drive or the entire system. I ask this because there are other options that will not restore the Vaio utilities.
