BDP S580 is having difficulty playing BBC i Player, has anyone else had this problem?

BBC i player will not play on my BDP S580. I am able to play demand 5 and other programmes. Has anyone else had this problem?

i've recently bought an S580 and i'm having problems with iplayer too, although other streams are working fine. Did you resolve the issue?
