"For me photography is about hunting the arctic light"
Ole Christian Salomonsen is a passionate landscape photographer living in the arctic north of his homeland Norway. His region, Tromsø, is situated directly beneath the aurora oval, giving spectacular views of the aurora borealis, even during periods of low activity. The equinoxes of autumn and spring also offer stunning light along with the midnight sun every summer. Ole also shoots time-lapse sequences of the aurora and has had his work featured in media all over the world.
