I cannot send videos to my smartphone through the Imaging Edge Mobile application

    If you cannot send videos to your smartphone using the Send to Smartphone function of the Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor) app, check the file format of the video you are attempting to send. 

    The Send to Smartphone function transfers MP4 files directly to your smartphone. This feature does not support the transfer of files in AVCHD format. Please ensure to turn off the Airplane Mode feature on your smartphone when using the Send to Smartphone function. 

    NOTE: Not all cameras have Wi-Fi capability or Airplane mode. To see if your camera has these features, please refer to your device's manual.
