    Where can I find the parts of the stand and the screws?

    • They are packed in the cushions of the packaging. Refer to “What’s in the box” in the Quick Start Guide to check what should be available.
    NOTE: Quick Start guide is available in the box and on our Sony Support Website.

    How to handle the TV when assembling?

    • We recommend to use a soft cloth (bath towel or blanket) to avoid any scratches or damage to the TV. Also, you can assemble on a soft carpet.
    IMPORTANT: Do not use the protection bag that is used to cover the TV during transport!
