Unit does not power on

    When the unit is off, it may not respond to pressing the [Power] button and/or [ASSIST] button.

    In order to power the unit on, proceed as indicated below.

    1. Disconnect the power adapter.
    2. Push and hold the battery OFF button for 3~5 seconds with a thin straight object, e.g. a paper clip.reset_battery_location
    3. Connect the AC adapter. The LED on the ACAD should be green when plugged into the power supply.
    4. Press the [Power] button.

    If above steps do not solve your issue, you may need to arrange a repair.
