How to resolve when "Update failed" screen appears while updating the firmware?

    Update failed screen appears while updating the firmware.
    Please perform the following procedure:

    1. Ensure there is no problem with your network connection to the Internet.
    2. Select Retry at the update failed screen.
    3. If the symptom does not improve after trying again the network update, please download the firmware from the web and create an update disc.
    4. Insert the update disc at the update failed screen, and then select Retry on the screen.
