"Error: Feature not available" is displayed when selecting an app registered in My Apps of Content Bar (DISCOVER)

The service may have been terminated or the URL may have been changed. Please make sure the service is being provided.

If the service has been terminated, remove the app registration with the following steps.
If the service URL has been changed, after removing the registration of the app, re-register the app again.

How to remove an app

  1. Press the DISCOVER button on the remote.
  2. Select Edit My Apps while My Apps is selected.
  3. Select My Apps.
  4. Select the app you want to remove, then select REMOVE FROM MY APPS.

How to register an app

  • If no apps are registered in My Apps

    1. Press the DISCOVER button on the remote.
    2. Select My Apps.
    3. Select Add Apps.
    4. Select the app you want to register for, then select ADD TO MY APPS.

  • If apps are registered in My Apps

    1. Press the DISCOVER button on the remote.
    2. Select Edit My Apps while My Apps is selected.
    3. Select Add Apps.
    4. Select the app you want to register for, then select ADD TO MY APPS.
