Noise can be heard from the SWF-BR100 subwoofer or sound is played intermittently

    If you're hearing noise from the subwoofer or the audio is intermittent when the subwoofer is in use, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Move the subwoofer closer to the TV
    • Do not install the TV and subwoofer in a closed rack, on a metal rack, or under a table
    • Move the subwoofer away from other wireless devices
    • Avoid using any other wireless devices

    Please note that the situation may not improve even if all the steps are implemented, due to electrical interference from other electronic devices / appliances nearby.
