Music suddenly stops or resumes playback

This issue may occur in the following situations:

• The built-in sensor is activated
  • an integrated sensor is activated when the headset is removed or attached, which allows the headset to pause or resume music playback. 
    If you're not wearing the headphones, make sure there's nothing else around the sensor because it may be triggered.
  • You can turn off this function in the Headphones Connect app: disable the [Pauses when headphones are taken off] setting. 
    
    
     
• The touch sensor is tapped unintentionally.
  • You can disable the touch sensor in the Headphones Connect App.
    Change the function of the touch sensor to [None Assigned].
