The Voice Assist function (Google app, Siri) does not work or recognize my commands.

    Connect the headphones to a Voice Assist compatible mobile device, then quickly press and release the Power/Play/Call button twice. This will activate the Voice Assist feature.

    • The power will turn off if you hold the Power/Play/Call button too long.
    • The WI-C200 and WI-C310 wireless headphones don't support Alexa™ personal assistant.

    The Voice Assist may not hear or not recognize a command if the headphones microphone is covered by or rubbing against your clothes. Make sure the position of the microphone (A) on the back of the controller is facing away from your clothing or other objects.
