[360] Analyse the shape of your ears (360 Reality Audio)

By analysing your ear shape in the Headphones Connect app, you can experience more realistic and immersive sound. 
You can do this when setting up the 360 Reality Audio Setup. 

Attention: You can only analyse your ears when using compatible Sony products.

How to analyse your ear shape

1. Launch the Headphones Connect app and connect your Bluetooth headphones.
2. Select 360 Reality Audio Setup - Analyse ear shape - ANALYSE.
   
    
3. When the message [Analyse your ear shape] appears, select NEXT.
   
   
    
4. Read the displayed message, and select OK.
    
5. When the message [Take a photo of your left ear] appears, select TAKE A PHOTO.
   
   
   Attention: When the confirmation screen for access to the application appears, select [ALLOW].
6. When the message [On the next screen, voice guidance will be provided] appears, select [OK].
7. Make sure to take a photo with the front of your face fitted inside the frame of the application
8. Rotate your neck towards the right and take a photo so that the left side of your face is fitted neatly inside the frame of the application.
9. When the message [Your left ear has been successfully captured] appears, select [NEXT].
10. Make sure to take a photo with the front of your face fitted inside the frame of the application.
11. Rotate your neck towards the left and take a photo so that the right side of your face is fitted neatly inside the frame of the application. 
12. When the message [Your right ear has been successfully captured] appears, select [START].

When the message [completed] appears, the analysis is complete.
After you finished analysing your ears, perform [Optimise apps] in the next step.
