How to unlock or open the cable clamp on the back of the TV

    This article explains how to unlock or open the cable clamp on the back of an X95J series TV. Please follow the instructions below appropriate for the size of your TV:

    75 and 85-inch models

    Pinch both sides of the longer flange of the cable clamp, then pull it to open.

     

    Cable clamps in the lower center of the back of the TV

    65-inch models

    One end of the clamp is fitted into a slot and swings out to open. Pull the locking area of the cable clamp out from the slot.
