How to replace the charging case
If your charging case got lost or is defective, you can replace it without the intervention of a Sony Authorised Service Centre. A new charging case will work with the earbuds from the previous set without any adjustments.
How to replace one of the earbuds
Contacting a Sony Authorised Service Centre is necessary if one of your earbuds got lost or is defective. Your original earbud will have to be synchronised with a new one.
