Why is shutter speed limited when using lenses with a small minimum F-value? (ILCE-9M3)

Due to the image sensor's characteristics, noise may occur when shooting at high shutter speeds with lenses with a small minimum F-value. For this reason, each lens has a maximum shutter speed.

Note: By setting Exp. Value Expand to On, you can use shutter speeds up to 1/80000 seconds for all aperture values.
