Network service termination for select Sony audio and home entertainment products - 17 November 2026
Notification: Certain network services and features will no longer be available on select Sony audio and home entertainment products after November 17, 2026.
Applies to: Select Sony soundbars, AV receivers, wireless speakers, and audio systems.
Resolution: Some online services and network-related icons will be removed or stop functioning after the service termination date.

What is changing?
Network services for certain Sony audio and home entertainment products will end on November 17, 2026.
From November 18, 2026, affected products will no longer support certain online streaming and network features. Related service icons will also be removed from the device interface.
Important:
- Not all services are available on every model.
- Not all models are sold in all countries or regions.
- Local playback functions and non-network features will continue to work normally unless otherwise specified.
