This error may occur if the Internet content refresh did not complete successfully.
Follow below steps to Refresh Internet Content.
- Using the supplied remote, press the HOME button.
- Select Network.
- Select Refresh Internet Content.
Note: These steps may need to be repeated in order to resolve the error.
Follow these additional steps, if the issue persists after attempting to Refresh Internet Content multiple times:
- Perform a factory reset .
- Test the Network connection.
- Perform the Refresh Internet Content procedure.
