My Speaker doesn't connect to a previously paired device (LF-S50G, SRS-XB501G)

Try to pair again

  1. Delete the speaker information of your Bluetooth source device.
    For details, please refer to the following:
    How to delete the Bluetooth device information of your playback device
     
  2. Connect the speaker to a network via Wi-Fi.
  3. Press and hold the (Bluetooth)/PAIRING button to place the speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode.
    The speaker will remain in pairing mode for about 3 minutes. When the Bluetooth LED goes out, the speaker is no longer in pairing mode. 
     
  4. Perform the pairing procedure on the Bluetooth source device to detect the speaker. 

 

Initialise, perform the setup and perform pairing again.

  1. Initialise: press and hold the Microphone Off button(microphone off) button until all four of the status LEDs light and flash
     
  2. Speaker setup.

  3. Press and hold the (Bluetooth)/PAIRING button to place the speaker into Bluetooth pairing mode.
    The speaker will remain in pairing mode for about 3 minutes. When the Bluetooth LED goes out, the speaker is no longer in pairing mode. 
     
  4. Follow the instructions on the Bluetooth device screen to establish a Bluetooth connection.
