erThere may be a problem with the network connection. Verify that the network connection and settings are correct.
- Check the Ethernet cable to make sure it is securely connected to the "LAN(100)" terminal on the player and to the Internet source.
- Check the BD Player network settings and confirm that the player has its own IP address.
NOTE: If you use a proxy server, enter the IP address of the proxy server you use, instead of the proxy host name, in the "Proxy Server" input field.
- Confirm both 'Physical Connection' and 'Internet Access' is "OK" in Network Settings > Network Connection Status.
- Follow the Update via Internet Instructions again.
