4K contents cannot be seen on Netflix though my TV supports 4K

    IMPORTANT: This article only applies to specific products. Please check the Applicable Products at the bottom of this article.

    Check the following.

    • 4K/60p support is required for Netflix 4K contents. Please confirm whether or not your TV supports 4K/60p.
    • If the software version of UBP-X800 is old, Netflix 4K contents may not be seen properly.
      Please perform the software update to the latest version.
    • For Bravia 4K TVs released in 2015 or later:
      For Bravia 4K TVs which have HDMI Signal Format, please be sure to set Enhance mode (HDMI 6 GHz).
      NOTE: You will be able to watch Netflix 4K contents by setting Enhance mode to ON
    • For Bravia 4K TVs released in 2014:
      UBP-X800 software supports Netflix 4K contents on TVs supporting HDMI up to 3 GHz.
