IMPORTANT: This issue has been addressed in the new software update, please install the latest update.

In the meantime, if you're experiencing audio or video playback issues with your UBP-X800 4K UHD Blu-ray Player, please try the following:
- Disconnect and then reconnect the HDMI cable
- Change the 4K Upscale Setting in the Blu-ray Player screen settings from Auto1 to Auto2.
Go to: [Home] > [Setup]> [Screen Settings]> [4K Upscale Setting]> and select [Auto2]
