An error 9353 may appear when you launch the Amazon Prime Video app on your Android TV. This error may occur after updating the software of the TV to its latest version.
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below.
- Using the supplied remote control, press the HOME or MENU button.
- Select Settings.
- Under the TV category, select Apps.
- Under the System apps category, scroll down and select the Prime Video app.
- Select Clear Data.
- Select OK.
- Restart the Android TV by turning the power off, waiting for one minute, and then powering the device on.
