The Netflix service is unavailable or the Netflix app is missing

    The Netflix icon is missing. The Netflix icon is missing.
    The screen is blank and I am unable to access the Netflix video-on-demand service. Follow the steps below if a blank screen when trying to access Netflix.
    One or more of the Internet video stations are missing. Internet channel line-up, apps or available stations that are found on an Internet video device may randomly change without notice.
    The Internet video app gives an error or will not play any content. The Internet video app gives an error or will not play any content if the app developer is doing an update or maintenance on the app.
    Unable to locate any video streaming apps on the menu of the receiver. Audio receivers manufactured after December 31, 2013 will only have audio streaming apps available in the menu.
