My BRAVIA TV is reading or describing the menu out loud

Issue: Your TV reads menus or settings aloud, or speaks while navigating the TV interface.
Applies to: Sony BRAVIA TVs with TalkBack or Screen reader accessibility features
Likely cause: The Accessibility shortcut may have been accidentally enabled by pressing and holding the MUTE or MUTING button on the remote control.
Resolution: Turn off TalkBack or Screen reader in the TV Accessibility settings and optionally disable the Accessibility shortcut feature.

If your TV suddenly starts speaking menu items, settings, or other on-screen information aloud, the TalkBack or Screen reader accessibility feature may be enabled.
