Monitor screen not displaying correctly when connected to a gaming computer via a DisplayPort (DP) cable
If your gaming computer uses a graphics card manufactured by NVIDIA, the following symptoms may occur. In such cases, try the solutions below to improve the situation.
- The message "Scanning for Signal" appears, and the monitor enters standby mode, or the display works at 240Hz and 360Hz, but not at 480Hz
- No display when G-SYNC (an NVIDIA graphics card setting) is enabled
- No display when connected to a dual-monitor setup

In some cases, compatibility issues may occur when the DisplayPort version is set to 2.1. Try the following steps:
On the gaming monitor:
- Press the joystick on the back of the monitor to open the settings menu.
- Select Input → DP version number. If the number is set to 2.1, change it to 1.4.
On the computer:
Set the computer's refresh rate to 60Hz.
No display when G-SYNC (an NVIDIA graphics card setting) is enabled
The monitor's refresh rate may not synchronise properly. Try the following:
On the gaming monitor:
- Press the joystick on the back of the monitor to display the settings menu.
- Select Gaming assist → Adaptive-Sync/VRR. If the Adaptive-Sync/VRR setting is set to On, change it to Off.
On the computer:
Set the computer's G-SYNC to Off.
No display when using a dual-monitor setup
The dual-monitor function may be unstable in some cases. Try switching to a single-monitor setup.

- We have received reports of these issues occurring after updating the graphics card drivers installed on computers.
- For GeForce RTX 4000/3000 series, using driver version 566.45 or 566.36 may help improve the situation.
- If you are using an NVIDIA GeForce RTX-5000 series, update to the latest drivers. If the symptoms persist even with the latest driver version, please try the troubleshooting steps above.
