If you insert wireless headphones into the charging case with its lid opened, the charging case will consume power because the headphones will be in standby mode and ready to perform the resetting or initialisation procedures. If either one of these procedures will not be performed, close the lid.
Note: Keep away from a magnetic wireless charger, a USB cable with a magnet, or any device that generates a magnetic force, as the detection of the opening or closing of the charging case lid can be affected by anything magnetic.
