No picture when I connect a Blu-Ray player to my TV

    Please do the following.

    1. Reset the [Output Video Resolution] to the lowest resolution by pressing the [STOP] button on the player for more than 10 seconds.

    2. Change "Deep Color" setting to OFF under [Screen Settings] > [HDMI Deep Color Output].

    3. Choose any resolution under [Screen Settings] > [Output Video Resolution] menu.
