No audio or video playback from UBP-X800 Blu-ray Player connected to my TV

IMPORTANT: This issue has been addressed in the new software update, please install the latest update.

We're currently investigating this issue.

In the meantime, if you're experiencing audio or video playback issues with your UBP-X800 4K UHD Blu-ray Player, please try the following:

1. Disconnect and then reconnect the HDMI cable
2. Change the 4K Upscale Setting in the Blu-ray Player screen settings from Auto1 to Auto2.
   Go to: [Home] > [Setup]> [Screen Settings]> [4K Upscale Setting]> and select [Auto2]
