Connection failure between the Bluetooth audio devices and the Music Center (SongPal) application for mobile devices

To resolve the issue, reconnect the Bluetooth speaker with the Music Center (SongPal) application in your mobile device by following the steps below:

For Android mobile smartphones:

  1. Tap the Music Center (SongPal) application icon SongPal_app_icon on your smartphone.
  2. Tap an audio device on the Speaker & Group screen. 
  3. On the Option menu tap Terminate Connection.
  4. Tap an audio device on the Device & Group screen.

For iOS mobile phones:

  1. Press the Home button on your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch to close the Music Center (SongPal) application.
  2. Tap the Music Center (SongPal) application icon SongPal_app_icon on your Home screen.
  3. Tap an audio device on the Speaker & Group screen.
