An error message appears and I cannot access the Internet service on my Sony Entertainment Network

    This may be because your software isn't up-to-date. Please make sure you have the latest software update installed on your Bravia device to avoid the following error messages:

    • Tracker ID: "Not available" or "Server error" messages
    • "A network error has occurred"
    • "The service cannot be accessed at this time"
