This occurs when you connect a USB storage device to your TV when using the Video app. Your videos may not display and the message No items. Videos stored on your USB mass storage will appear here.
Just allow the TV to recognize and load your videos. The loading time depends on the TV model and the number of videos stored on your USB device.
Note: Depending on the model, the screen may be updated repeatedly until all the content is loaded.
