"Error: There is no network connection right now" message appears when opening the YouTube app

When the YouTube content and menu are not displayed, or the app is not starting, follow the steps below to restart YouTube:

  1. Using the remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select YouTube in the Apps category.
  3. Select RETRY to start the YouTube app.

NOTE: If the steps above do not resolve the issue, make sure that the TV is properly connected to the Internet and try again.
