Why are apps which I customized in the My Apps area changed after performing Update Services?

Update Services is the function that Blu-ray Disc player performs when it detects update information on the streaming services.
To perform an update, select a streaming service and then Update Services from the option menu, or select the Update Services icon on the top right of the Home screen.

To recommend various new network services you could enjoy, the customized apps might be cleared and replaced with new ones.
