WebLink displays an error or USB connection is not detected

    If the WebLink function cannot be used, check the following.

    Are any of the errors below displayed?

    • USB device not supported. For detail on the compatible devices, visit the support site on the last page in the supplied manual
    • USB device not supported

    Install the WebLink Host app to your smartphone from the Abalta website.
    If you have already installed the WebLink Host app, restart your smartphone and reconnect the USB cable.

    A WebLink error message is displayed on the head unit screen

    Confirm the meaning of the message on the Abalta WebLink FAQ website.

    Are you using an iPhone and the USB connection cannot be detected?

    If the iPhone is locked, the USB connection cannot be detected.
    Unlock your iPhone to solve this. 

    Are you using an iPhone and see this error?

    • "Resume a WebLink compatible app to continue" is displayed while using the WebLink app

    Keep the WebLink Host app in the foreground of the screen while using the WebLink function.

    WebLink keeps disconnecting after updating the iPhone to iOS 15

    WebLink connection can be lost due to a compatibility issue between iOS 15 and the WebLink Host app. For details, please refer to the Abalta WebLink FAQ website.
