    Privacy Requests

    How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?

    In order to receive a copy of your data or delete your account, we will need to validate the request. Please contact Customer Support using the email address associated with your request.

    Who governs my data?

    If you are an existing Sony Mobile customer, your data is governed by the Sony Mobile Privacy Policy. If you are a new user or opt in to the Sony Europe Privacy Police after March 1st, your data is governed by the Sony Europe Privacy Policy.

    How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

    We’re sorry to see you go! There are a number of ways to stop receiving our newsletter, including:

    • Clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of one of our emails.
    • Unsubscribing from Sony Electronics newsletters → log into your MySony Account and change your newsletter preferences.
    • Unsubscribing from Sony Mobile newsletters → log into your Sony Mobile Account and change your newsletter preferences.
      • Via our Contact Centre.

      Account deletion

      • MySony (Sony Electronics) account → You will need to log into your account to delete your account.
      • Sony Mobile → You will need to contact Customer Support by sending an email requesting the deletion of your account from your Sony Mobile account which you want deleted.

      You should also note that if you sign up to receive newsletters via more than one email address you will need to unsubscribe for each. Other Sony group companies will have their own newsletters, for which Sony Europe B.V. is not responsible. To stop receiving their newsletters you will need to contact the relevant company.
