After updating my Apple device to iOS7, the MENU, UP, DOWN, and ENTER buttons do not work on the unit and/or remote

The MENU, UP, DOWN, and ENTER button on the main unit and/or on the supplied remote control will only work with Apple devices running iOS6.

To operate your Sony device with an Apple device with iOS7 installed, please use the screen on your Apple device.

NOTE: Depending on your model, you may still be able to use the remote for these functions.
