How to switch inputs or return to live TV on Google TV™ and Android TV™

If your TV is currently showing an app, a game console, or another device, you can switch back to live TV or select a different connected device by changing the input.

An input is simply where the TV gets its picture from, such as:

    • Live TV channels
    • A TV box from your provider
    • A game console

Below are the most common ways to change inputs on Google TV™ and Android TV™ models.

Option 1: Use the TV button on the remote (recommended)
