The TV screen goes black for 10 minutes after I turn on the TV

If the Picture reset mode of your OLED TV is set to On at the moment when you unplug your TV power cord, plug it back in, then turn the TV on, the TV screen will go black. This happens because the TV enters standby mode to perform panel calibration. The screen will go back to normal display after about ten minutes once the calibration has completed.
Set the Picture reset mode to Off if you don't want to run the panel calibration:
- Access the Settings screen
- Use the Quick Settings button (For models released in 2019 or later)
- On the remote control, press the
Quick Settings button.
- Select
Settings.
- On the remote control, press the

The next steps depend on your TV menu options:
- Select System → Retail mode settings → Picture reset mode.
- Select Device Preferences → Retail mode settings → Picture reset mode.
- Select Retail mode settings → Picture reset mode.
- Select Off.
