What is Apple TV?
The Apple TV app on Sony smart TVs lets customers access Apple TV+, premium Apple TV channels, and buy or rent over 100,000 movies and TV shows. Customers can subscribe to Apple TV+ on the official Apple TV website or via the Apple TV app on Sony smart TVs, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac devices.

Google TVs from 2023 or later: All of these BRAVIA TV models support the Apple TV and Apple TV+ apps.

2022 Google TVs: Z9K, X95K, X94K, X93K, X92K, X90S, X90K, X89K, X85K, X82K, X81K, A95K, A90K, A84K, A83K, A80K, and A75K Series.

- For 2021 or later models, the Apple TV app will be available with a Google sign-in on your Sony Google TV.
- For 2020, 2019, and 2018 models, the Apple TV app will be available with a TV software update. The date your TV will receive the software update varies. If you have the Automatically check for update feature enabled, a notification will appear on your TV when the update is available.
