How to proceed if "There is no update file" appears during software update using the USB port?
To avoid getting the error message when doing a software update, make sure that the update folder is labeled as UPDATE (in all capitals) and that all the files listed below are included inside it.

After confirming that all the files are included in the UPDATE folder, you can then download and transfer the files to your USB storage device.
